I build the hiring engine your founders shouldn't be improvising. ATS chosen and set up, a clear process with scorecards, structured interviews your team is trained to run, salary bands and leveling, an EVP that makes candidates choose you, and a local sourcing playbook. Hiring stops being a fire drill and becomes a system you trust.
Full Launch
Everything in Hiring Setup — and I don't just hand you the system, I help you make it real. I run the search for your first strategic hire end to end (your in-house recruiter or first key leader), train them to run the engine, and stay close while hiring finds its feet. One hire is included; any further hires go through the recruitment fee below.
Recruitment fee
The full fee on annual gross salary, excluding bonuses — paid in two installments: a deposit to start the search, and the balance once we make the hire. 90-day replacement guarantee.
Fractional, on call
Already up and running, or just need a senior hand now and then? You can always bring me in fractionally — €100 per hour, a few hours whenever you need them or one-off smaller projects — without committing to a full engagement.
